ACU-Airbag Control Unit（ACU+EDR）

A variety of collision detection algorithms that cater to the major markets in China, Europe, and North America；Independent detection of frontal collisions, side collisions, rear-end collisions, angle collisions, pillar impacts, and rollovers；Supports multiple collision mode coupling algorithms；Supports impact sensors, pressure sensors, and IMU signals；Supports independent control of restraint system modules and multistep ignition；32-bit MCU.Supports up to 20 ignition channels；Dual-axis X/Y central acceleration sensors；Hardwire collision signal PWM output.IMU expansion.

Presure Sensor

Relative pressure output (Δp/p0)；PSI5 dual-wire current modulation interface, with two synchronous modes and one asynchronous mode available；Power-on self-diagnostic capability, supporting power anomaly protection, filter self-check, and internal environmental pressure self-diagnosis upon initialization；Configurable internal self-calibration mode；Developed based on the Autosar architecture；Complies with functional safety requirements of ISO: 26262

Impact Sensor

Sensor chip with built-in FIR filter digital filtering；PSI5 dual-wire current modulation interface, offering high, medium, and low transmission rates customizable, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous communication modes；Power-on self-diagnostic capability, capable of automatic calibration, compensating for environmental differences and offsets；Development based on the Autosar architecture；Compliance with functional safety requirements of ISO: 26262；Supports EOL configuration/supports multiple configurations on the same platform；Supports customized development for collision safety

ICS - Intelligent Collision Sensor

X, Y, and Z independent collision detection algorithms；Positioning of specific areas in battery pack during collisions；Identification of collision strength in battery pack；Recognition of battery compression damage；Dynamic correction algorithms for battery compression.Detection of impact damage to batteries；Early warning of severe bump accumulative risk to batteries；Graded risk warning for battery pack damage；Collision output and collision disconnect；Pyrofuse collision disconnect
